One Last Thing Before I Go...

While it is merely my opinion (and it doesn't hurt that this opinion is shared by His Airness himself) the III's were by far the best Jordan's ever released. The first shoe on which MJ worked with Tinker Hatfield (designer of most of Nike's most B-A stuff), the result was truly epic and I would argue the most iconic basketball shoe ever created. The elephant print is one of the most notable and recognizable designs in the sneaker world and when used as an accent, has an incredibly nice effect. Additionally, the III was the first to feature the Jumpman logo.

Originally designed with comfort in mind and limited "break-in" necessary so Jordan could rock a fresh pair for each game, these stay true to the Jordan Comfort to which we've become accustomed.

These "True Blue Retros" dropped in Europe on Saturday (sorry Uh-Merica :() and are a REAL strong re-issue. Nike/Jordan stayed true to the simple beauty of the originals and just played with the colorway a bit. Grab yours at the Crooked Tongues store or over at "Size?" on Carnaby St. or Covent Garden, "Niketown" in Oxford Circus or anywhere else you can find them. These quickstrikes are sure to go fast so don't sleep... I know "Size?" and the Nike Store in Covent Garden only got about 2-3 pairs in each size so act fast!
