Clarks (UK) and Boston Based Concepts teamed up on this pair of patent leather Wallabees. While admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of patent leather or of this particular release (they also come in Olive and Navy)... I am a big fan of Clarks for their work on the Ethical Footwear front.
Galahad Clark (of the Clark family) stayed within the shoe industry but developed his own line "Terra Plana". Terra Plana was founded with the goals of encouraging sustainability while offering unique designs. It helps that young Mr. Clark is a UNC alum, but I definitely dig the direction in which he has helped move Ethical Fashion.
