Who Drops a G on an Empty Extinguisher?

The latest release from graffiti wunderkind "Krink" is in the form of an "extinguisher applicator"... presumably this could be used for all of your street art needs (or filled with foam to save lives) but I've got to wonder who would drop a grand for one of these limited edition bad boys?

Another Successful Streetfest

Stu Smith and the folks over at Lovenskate teamed up with local artists and some killer sponsors to bring another successful evening over at Streetfest in a converted car park in Shoreditch.

With skate competitions and exhibitions, streetwear and street art galore, free tea (as always) and great musical performances another excellent evening of entertainment has come and gone.

After reading an article in the Guardian on Banksy/Street Art at the breakfast table this morning I thought I would do a little research into one of their "artists to watch"... and must say I am pretty impressed. Homegirl is 10 years old and has been called "the female Banksy" by the Telegraph and "the young Picasso of street art". The young lady from Brighton also did this tattoo (below with her art).

Hackney WickED Art Show

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it, but this should be a great event! According to the festival's website this event has been dubbed "the most vital art event of the summer" by NY Arts Magazine.
